Bridge players

The Treasury Department is overseeing construction of the Federal Bridge

Certificate Authority, while the General Services Administration is doing

much of the technical work on the prototype. Other project participants

include NASA, the Defense Department, the National Security Agency, the

National Institute of Standards and Technology, and various academic institutions

and commercial vendors. The Canadian government also took part.
