FCW Insider: Can you be a budget hero?

So we keep hearing about the government's fiscal budget issues -- well, we hear about them except for on the campaign trail. has made his work getting word about the fiscal crisis. (Early word is that Walker may be a speaker at in October.) And it has an impact on how government operates, of course. Both Federal Sources and Input have warned that agencies are going to see tight budgets as lawmakers simply have to get a grip on deficits.Why is it so complex?
