Brazilian government providing citizens with viruses

Hackers apparently penetrated the Brazilian “Prefeitura Municipal de Jaqueira” site to drop in malicious code.

Brazilian users seem to be the main targets.  The site “is exposing users to a localized (to Portuguese) Web page enticing them into installing a malicious version of Adobe’s Flash player,” Webroot researchers report.
