ITS names new VP, program manager

John Gregorits will handle the program management chores of ITS’ global IT governmentwide acquisition contracts.

ITS, a provider of information technology and engineering solutions to the federal

government, has named John Gregorits vice president and program manager. Gregorits will report directly to Tom Sundling, ITS’ president and chief executive officer, and will work out of ITS’ offices in Arlington, Va.

According to the company, Gregorits has more than 20 years of experience in public-sector program management, business development, contract management and strategic relationship building. His responsibilities will include program management of ITS’ global information technology governmentwide acquisition contracts. He will also serve on ITS’ executive leadership team.

Gregorits’ work with government clients is a perfect fit with ITS’ culture, Sundling said.

Before joining ITS, Gregorits was Unisys’ GWAC business developer/program manager for four years. As such, he drove new business through the Unisys GWAC/GSA Schedules portfolio and performed program management functions on multiple GWACs.

Gregorits has also worked for Exxon Mobil/TMP Worldwide, KPMG Consulting, AmerInd, Technical and Management Services, and VSE.

He received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his MBA from George Mason University.
