*** Cybersecurity vendor FireEye on Wednesday announced it had reached a $1.2 billion all-cash deal with a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group to sell its products business. The agreement is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter and will separate FireEye's network, email, endpoint and cloud security products. The products business and Mandiant Solutions will continue to operate as a single entity until the transaction closes.
