Court unlikely to halt 'nude' airport body scanners

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit heard arguments in the case of the TSA body scanners. During the session, the judges did not appear favorable to Electronic Privacy Information Center, the group that brought the case. The group claims the scanners violate privacy rights of ariline passengers.
