Last week, Danger Room provided a sneak peek at Senator Joe Lieberman's bill to give the federal government "emergency" powers over civilian networks' security, if there's an "imminent cyber threat." Tomorrow, Senators Lieberman and Susan Collins officially introduce that legislation, the "Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010." It's one of a half-dozen such measures kicking around Congress. Here's a handy cheat sheet, provided by a friend on Capitol Hill, for what's in each bill.
