Lockheed scores $940M to build jamming systems

Lockheed Martin Corp. will produce Improvised Explosive Device jammers for the Navy under a sole source, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that has a ceiling value of $940 million. With an initial task order valued at $40.8 million, Lockheed will build more Symphony Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Defeat jammer systems, according to a Lockheed Martin March 16 statement.
