President would provide $200 million for terror-trial security

President Barack Obama would provide as much as $200 million next fiscal year for security at terror suspects' trials as the administration reconsiders whether to try the alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks in New York. The budget would include $734 million for the scanners, which use X-rays and other technology to detect explosives, guns and other contraband on airline passengers. The Federal Air Marshal Service would get $950 million.
