Sunland Park government computer system down

The city of Sunland Park's computer system has been down for about a month, causing plenty of problems, said one elected official. Sunland Park Municipal Judge Rose Camarillo said the computer network has been unavailable since the end of November and has forced her clerks to turn to paper record-keeping.
