Agencies sued for policy documents on 2.0 information collection

A lawsuit has been filed against a number of different federal agencies for failing to disclose their policies for using social networking sites for investigations, data-collection, and surveillance. The suit was filed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, working with the Samuelson Law, Technology, and Public Policy Clinic at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
