Belgian arms dealer Jacques Monsieur was surely surprised when he was arrested in New York last week after stepping off a flight from France. A search warrant executed several months prior to Monsieur's arrest demanded "information associated with 'jacques.monsi@gmail.com' that is stored at premises owned, maintained, controlled, or operated by Google, Inc. An accompanying order mandated that Google keep the search warrant a secret.
