Speeches by the country's new chiefs of e-government innovation are getting some attention in the most logical of places -- the Web. Bloggers and Twitterers are pointing out the priorities and goals that national chief technology officer Aneesh Chopra and chief information officer Vivek Kundra will address in their new roles.
