Russian President Dmitry Medvedev may not have the super villain appeal of his predecessor, Vladimir Putin. But he is staking his claim to be Russia's fearless leader in the online world. Medvedev last week launched his own LiveJournal blog, and it's become something of a hit, deluged by comments since it went live.
