Virus keeps Houston municipal courts closed for one more day

Houston Municipal Court will remain closed until Friday while workers make sure that a computer virus which shut down courtroom operations earlier this week has been eradicated. The virus was isolated to 475 of the city's 16,000 computers. It also infected the city's parking management unit and portions of the 311 system related to retrieving municicpal court records, city officials said. It has not spread.
