A new approach in making policy: Citizen engagement

Government doesn't have all the answers and it needs to engage the public to make the best decisions for the country, Barack Obama has ordered. In a Jan. 21 directive, Obama called on agencies to employ "innovative tools, methods and systems" to broaden collaboration.
