Allen has worked tirelessly to expand the organization and the programs it offers the government information technology community, creating new standards of excellence.
Under Allen’s leadership, the organization's 2008 conferences were rated among the best ever and set new records for participation. His work also has led to greater integration between ACT and IAC and the creation of the CEO Advisory Council forum for senior industry executives.
Allen has exceptional people skills. He facilitates consensus and protects the integrity of the collaborative process, said Venkatapathi Puvvada, vice president and managing partner of Unisys and former IAC chairman. “More importantly, Ken demonstrates the highest standards of professional conduct, integrity and dedication to the government IT community.”
