*** A federal judge on Monday declined to block the COVID-19 vaccination mandate covering federal employees and contractors. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that that conditions weren't in place to merit an injunction.

*** A report from Special Counsel Henry Kerner found that least 13 senior Trump administration officials violated the Hatch Act in the run-up to the 2020 election. The cases detailed in the report "demonstrate both a willingness by some in the Trump administration to leverage the power of the executive branch to promote President Trump's reelection and the limits of OSC's enforcement power under the existing statutory scheme to prevent them from doing so."
