*** President Joe Biden withdrew a slate of Trump administration nominees that were active but hadn't been heard by the Senate in the current session. These include three nominees to serve on the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board: John M. Barger, Christopher Bancroft Burnham and Frank Dunleavy who was appointed to serve as FRTIB chairman. Dennis Kirk, Trump's nominee to lead the Merit Systems Protection Board, was also withdrawn as was the nomination of Jason Abend to serve as Inspector General of the Department of Defense.
