*** The Army is advancing its enterprise-IT-as-a-service pilot program with plans to enter phase three of development by the end of the fiscal year.

Ron Pontius, deputy to the head of  Army Cyber Command, said the Army was progressing the EITAAS pilots initiative that it prepped for last year using other transaction authority contracts totaling $33.5 million.
