Coast Guard Seeks EHR Support

The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for IT vendors to support its Integrated Health Information System, the Coast Guard's version of an electronic health record.
Vendors will support the IHiS service desk, including configuring and maintaining the system, developing applications and training users, according to a recent announcement at FedBizOpps.gov. Responsibilities will include supporting EHR users at about 250 medical clinics around the globe, and patients accessing the system through a portal.
Vendor responses are due by April 13.
