Sen. Leahy bows to pressure, pledges to amend Protect IP bill

After much protest, Sen. Patrick Leahy said Tuesday he would remove portions of the Protect IP Act that mandate Domain Name System blocking and redirecting. The MPAA has expressed disappointment in Leahy's decision to amend the bill.
