On the funny side
Federal Computer Week received dozens of submissions — more than 100 in all — for the Flip Side cartoon caption contest. FCW cartoonist John Klossner looked at each of them and picked the two, shown here, that delighted him the most. He also noted a most-common caption theme for each cartoon. Here are the best examples of some of the work your colleagues have done lately.
