Minnesota Ponders Electronic Voting

The Minnesota Legislature is considering legislation requesting that a feasibility study be done on voting via the Internet. The study, which would most likely done by outside consultants, would consider security, voter registration, maintenance of voter database and costs. The target completion date is Feb. 1, 1998.
