Payment Card Hacking Devices Found On Oregon ATMs

Financial Services // Oregon, United States

A man now on the run attached card skimmer tools to two different bank ATMs.

On Aug. 30, a citizen found one of the devices at the Clackamas Federal Credit Union.

“That person brought the device to police, who began checking other ATMs in the area. A little less than two hours after the citizen report, police found the second one at the nearby Columbia Bank,” KATU reports.

Surveillance photos indicate the hacker is a white man with a short dark colored beard. He was wearing long-sleeved collared shirts with different patterns, jeans and a baseball cap.
