Langevin 'concerned and disappointed': still no cybersecurity czar

Rhode Island Congressman Jim Langevin, a Democrat, is chair of the House Cybersecurity Caucus. He is also a co-chair of the CSIS Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th President, which drafted a comprehensive report on cybersecurity that was turned over to President Obama and his advisors as part of their transition planning.
