OASIS tool and CBP app

News and notes from around the federal IT community.

GSA launches new OASIS tool

The General Services Administration released a new tool that will give vendors and agencies more data to support acquisition decisions under GSA's professional services contracting vehicle.

On March 4, the agency began offering a new market research tool on the Web page for the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract that covers the main OASIS Unrestricted contract and the OASIS Small Business contract.

The new tool enables federal users to generate lists of active sources in appropriate pools of vendors, identify socioeconomic set-asides for task orders, access detailed information on potential sources from the System for Award Management and the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, and find vendor information such as points of contact and coding.

GSA officials said OASIS vendors can use the tool to identify potential subcontracting partners for upcoming opportunities.
