Security has always been a part of life for me. As a Vietnam veteran and servicing our security operations forces around the world, my statement as a computer specialist and a network manager is a follows: Every single department, region, agency that is under federal status should work totally and completely for "homeland security."

The reason for this statement is that most departments, regions or agencies do not understand how vital our positions can be. When a security contingency plan is not in place and management does not understand that, all can be lost! So, please help us computer specialists.
