La. lawyer loses computer lawsuit against parish government

Assistant Jefferson Parish, La., Attorney Anne Marie Vandenweghe lost the latest legal battle this week to regain the computer and cache of e-mails that were confiscated from her in February by interim Parish President Steve Theriot's administration.
