Court says Canadian gov't websites shut out the blind

The federal government has discriminated against a blind woman who could not apply for a job online, a judge ruled, giving Ottawa 15 months to make its websites accessible to the visually impaired who want to tap into the federal job bank, fill in forms and apply for federal programs online.
