Canada's privacy watchdog is "troubled" by the way federal bureaucrats use BlackBerrys and dispose of used computers. An annual report to Parliament tabled Tuesday by Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart found problems with the way the government protects the personal information of Canadians.
