Nuclear Security Administration goes thin and green

The National Nuclear Security Administration has set a goal of reducing its carbon footprint by as much as 30 percent over the next 25 years. This goal is spread across all nine of its facilities and headquarters and within its more than $9 billion budget for fiscal 2010 and beyond.
