Hackers hit 10 House Web sites Wednesday night

Investigation is underway.

Hackers struck at least 10 House Web sites Wednesday night, leaving behind a four-letter suggestion for President Obama that was decidedly not in keeping with the call for bipartisanship he made in the State of the Union address Wednesday night.

The message said the deed was done by the "Red Eye Crew," which has claimed responsibility for past hacks.

Among the victims were Web pages hosted by Democratic Reps. Russ Carnahan of Missouri; Ben Ray Lujan and Harry Teague, both of New Mexico; John Boccieri and Steve Driehaus, both of Ohio, and a site controlled by Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

An investigation is underway.
