White House's next contest: How would you green the government?

The administration is once again trying to tap into the ideas of federal employees. Less than one week after the Securing Americans Value and Efficiency Award closed with more than 38,000 submissions, the White House announced a new contest beginning today for feds to give ideas for how agencies can save energy.
