The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services has a awarded a $1.2 million grant to the American Health Information Management Association Foundation to continue the State-level Health Information Exchange Consensus Project. The new funding will allow the AHIMA Foundation to provide resources and assistance to states as they adopt, plan, and deploy health information exchanges.
