Lockheed to produce concept for new Navy radar

Lockheed Martin Corp. will conduct concept studies for Navy next-generation air and missile defense radar (AMDR) under a $10 million contract. Under the contract, Lockheed Martin will evaluate potential systems configurations for the AMDR at its facility in Moorestown, N.J., company officials said Aug. 4.
