GSA, OIRA heads await confirmation

Among President Barack Obama's nominees still awaiting Senate confirmation are leaders for the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and the General Services Administration. The nominations of both Cass Sunstein, to lead the Office of Management and Budget's regulatory policy office, and Martha Johnson, to head GSA, apparently have been delayed by senators placing holds that block votes on confirmation.
