Virginia drug database regaining functions after cyberattack

The Virginia Department of Health Professions is slowly restoring its computer functions in the wake of a hacker attack but still can't say whether the hacker got access to millions of Virginians' prescription drug records. A criminal investigation of the April 30 cyberattack on the state Prescription Monitoring Program is still under way, department spokeswoman Kathy Siddall said Monday.
