Northrop Grumman to compete for $50 billion in federal IT work

Defense and IT contractor Northrop Grumman said Wednesday that it's been selected by the U.S. General Services Administration to compete under the Alliant program for a wide range of civil- and defense-related government technology contracts worth up to $50 billion over ten years. Northrop said it plans to compete for Alliant work related to computer network support, software engineering, and other IT services for civilian agencies and the Department of Defense.
