Slow boil over egg roll tickets on Web

The switch to online distribution for the annual White House Easter Egg Roll was envisioned as a way to ease the process and make tickets to the April 13 event on the South Lawn available to a broader cross section of people across the nation. By 7:45, the Web site said all tickets were gone, though complaints about the process surfaced as soon as the tickets were made available.
