Web 2.0 advice for the Obama administration

If the incoming Obama administration wants to use similar Web 2.0 tools in the government as it used during the Presidential campaign, they will face several barriers. These include cultural issues and lack of strategy, employee access to online tools, terms of service agreements with providers, and privacy, among others.
