U.S., Nordic countries top tech usage survey

The United States and Scandinavian countries top a new survey that measures usage of cell phones, handset devices, smart phones, desktops, laptops and networking devices. The survey, developed by the London Business School, measures the use of different communications technologies in 50 different countries.
