Lockheed computer push may pay as guns become butter

Lockheed Martin Corp., the world's largest defense contractor, is getting its fastest sales growth from an area that has nothing to do with F-16 fighter jets or Hellfire missiles: computers. As soon as tomorrow, the company will learn whether it won part of a U.S. Energy Department award valued at as much as $50 billion over 11 years that would give another revenue boost to the Information Systems & Global Services group.
