Kudos to the Department of Homeland Security for such an initiative!

As the founding chief executive officer of a stealth startup, we are venturing out to build an on-demand recruiting portal around this whole problem domain. We intend to use sophisticated algorithms and data mining technologies for candidate-to-job matching and vice versa, significantly increasing visibility bi-directionally across the human capital acquisition supply chain. Our recruiting portal will help companies and candidates in finding optimum matches — candidate rating and recommendation, real time data analytics and reporting,full visibility and transparency — thus saving considerable time and money for all the stakeholders involved in the lifecylce of hiring.
