IT world crowded with experts
Following is a response to an FCW.com poll question that asked: "Should federal IT project managers be made to qualify for their jobs?"
With 30-plus years in electronics, computer programming, interface design, network architecture, network management, network applications development and a half dozen other jobs with the Army, I find the information technology world getting a little too crowded with experts.
I learned 25 years ago that I don't know it all and never will. I wonder when the expert Microsoft Corp. Excel programmers of the world will learn the same thing.
