Avoiding spam
Following are responses to an FCW.com poll question that asked: About how many spam e-mails do you get each day at work? (See results.)
I do not use work e-mail for nonwork purposes, nor do I give it out to addressees that are not related to work.
I rarely use the Internet for nonwork purposes and when I do, I never transact anything via the Internet.
I am in the "less than 10 a day" category; I receive virtually no spam in my e-mail at work.

Almost every morning, I have a lot of spam. A lot of these messages do not have an "unsubscribe" feature. In that event, I have to delete them. It is very annoying.
