I just want to say thanks to Milt Zall for his Bureaucratus columns. They are very timely and are always looking out for the best of the employees.

His Oct. 7 column, "Health care changes," is very timely. There must be other ways to keep premium cost down. When we get 4 percent raise and insurance premiums go up 11 percent, that is outrageous.

It's time the Office of Personnel Management looked into these things more fully.
