We have been publishing electronic forms for Army use for more than a decade and currently publish more than 2,000 forms in Adobe Accelio FormFlow 2.x/99, PDF on CD-ROM and on the Web at the following sites:

* Official Department of the Army Forms page.

* Army Knowledge Online portal.

We have an enterprisewide concurrent home and office license for FormFlow products and maintenance for all Army military and civilian offices. We are now pursuing a digital signature license for the Army to complete the equation for e-commerce throughout the Army. We are developing the FormFlow 99 products to serve Adobe Accelio Capture ReachForm to satisfy civilian and Freedom of Information Act needs for those same forms.
