I would like to see an article about the cost effectiveness of the A-76 studies. In particular, I am not convinced that we as a nation are saving any money on this process.

On a side note to this, it appears that Congress is keen on contracting out services and has made the entire process lean toward contractors. Why?

I know that everyone is in favor of less government, but does less government cost less or more in the long run?

I think a majority of readers would find the topic very interesting, along with a majority of the tax-paying public.
