In response to your Nov. 12 editorial calling for more information sharing and collaboration on projects among federal, state and local public health agencies, I agree that "the rules must change."

I would like to point you and Federal Computer Week's readers to an example program where numerous public and private agencies are working together to improve the infrastructure for public health and access to information for public health professionals.
